Responsible for processing in the processing department. After putting the processed mold on the injection molding machine for injection, a toy is produced. This process is still QC, copy count. The bigger the plant, the finer the division.
Analyze the process of each sub-project and the time consumed (including intermediate time such as transportation and circulation), and then confirm the process (space) time according to the sub-project (or more sub-projects in parallel). Generally, appropriate time gaps need to be considered.
